I have a contract with stanley warranty. It took no time to register with the company, they were polite and friendly.
But when it came to placing a claim, they told me to do it on line for faster service. I did and has been totally ignored. I have placed a total of 2 claims: fridge/stove. They checked the fridge and it needed a defrost heater which is surpose to be covered, but the claim was denied.
I am still waiting on an explanation. No on never came to check the stove. I have called numerous times and emailed numerous times with no response. We need to get together on a class action law suite.
I can only imagine all the people that are getting ripped off while they fatten their pockets and totally ignore you. This is a crime.
